What happens when you call?

Tell us what happened and where. From the description, and a photo if you can send one through the form, we can usually size the job on the phone. In most cases we can be out the same day. On site, we repair the damage, spray or hand match the surrounding texture, and leave the surface ready for paint, in most cases in that same visit. The goal is what one of our property management clients described after a ceiling leak: a repair that is invisible.

We are honest about the limits, too. Same day is most cases, not a guarantee, and soaked drywall sometimes needs to dry before the final finish goes on. When that is your situation we say so at the start, do the tear out and prep immediately, and schedule the finish coat so the job is done right rather than just done fast.

Who uses the emergency service most?

Property managers with move in dates, homeowners selling a house, and anyone working an insurance claim. For managers, we are the number that answers when a unit needs to turn over with a damaged wall in it. For sellers, pre sale repairs make walls photo ready before the listing goes live. For claims, the repair is done properly so what the adjuster signed off on is actually fixed.

What affects the cost of emergency patch work?

The same things that price any repair: the size and number of damaged areas, wall versus ceiling, and how complex the texture match is. Emergency work is priced clearly like everything else we do, with a free estimate up front. If the damage turns out bigger than a patch, our patch and repair and drywall crews are the same company, so nothing gets handed off.
